As U.S. manufacturing surges, the need for skilled technicians is greater than ever—especially in Tennessee. TCAT Northwest’s 12-month Engineering Systems Technology program prepares students for high-demand careers as multi-craft industrial maintenance technicians. Through hands-on training in areas like CAD, machining, electrical troubleshooting, welding, hydraulics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs - Allen Bradley, Siemens and Rockwell), students will gain the skills employers need now. Credentials earned along the way include: Engineering Systems Apprentice after the first trimester, Apprentice II after the second and a diploma as an Engineering Systems Technician upon completion.
