Student Job Opportunity

The Welding work study will be responsible for the cleaning/maintenance of equipment, cutting metal to required sizes/lengths, inventory of consumables, and other duties as requested by the instructor.

Responsibilities

• Clean welding equipment
• Maintain preventative maintenance of welding equipment.
• Ability to use all welding lab equipment.
• Grind weld booths/tables/ positioning brackets as needed.
• Maintain inventory of welding consumables
• Maintain inventory of     metal used for welding.
• Collect and dispose of scrap metal for recycling.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pell eligible per FAFSA
• Attention to detail.
