Dr. Selena Dozier and Greg Dozier are committed to giving back to the HVAC program at TCAT-Newbern. The Doziers, along with Dr. Dozier’s father Tommy Parnell, recently visited the main campus and presented Mr. Rusty Gibson with a scholarshi to assist with HVAC schooling. The Doziers have made the scholarship an annual tradition and have named the scholarship in honor of Mr. Tommy Parnell. Mr. Tommy Parnell received his initial training from TCAT-Newbern and has worked in the HVAC industry for almost 30 years.
