The Leaders Education Foundation has awarded a total of $10,000 through its Workforce Readiness Scholarship program, presented by Dixie®. This competitive scholarship is offered three times per year to support students pursuing high-demand career and technical education.
Each year, Leaders Education Foundation awards workforce-readiness scholarships to 30 students. This program provides up to $1,000 to individuals pursuing workforce readiness programs or industry certifications at community colleges and technical schools across West Tennessee. The most recent cohort of recipients, recognized in January 2026, represents a variety of institutions and programs in the region.
TCAT Northwest is proud to announce that three of its students have been selected to receive a $1,000 scholarship each. The recipients represent the following programs:
